Warsaw 44 and Rose on the top of list of films banned in Russian cinemas

Ukrainian independent portal Euromaidanpress.com announced the list of 10 films that was banned in Russian cinemas. They were in fact banned by the Kremlin. First place went to Rose directed by Wojciech Smarzowski, and the third for City 44 (Warsaw 44) by Jan Komasa.

Euromaidan quotes on its website a summary of the movies, banned in recent years in Russia. The list was prepared by independent, Russian cultural portal Rufabula.com. Portal recommended as a "must see", 10 films that Russian viewers had no chance to see in theaters. Polish films there were in excellent company.
