Marcin Gladych has passed away

It is with very sad news that we shall begin the sixth day of the festival. Marcin Gladych, film director, the driving spirit behind the film community in Torun, and our friend, passed away last night.

He was with us for many years, and each of his film was born right in front of our eyes – we actually participated in the creating of many of them. Last Sunday, we were happy to offer a première show of his latest project dedicated to the family of Smuzny.

We believe that Marcin is not truly gone. His films are still with us.
