10/22, 13:00 · Od Nowa – large hall
The film portrays, Teresa (16 year old), who one day decides to leave her hometown and go to the capital city, in order to find her mother. While travelling there, the girl meets different people and discovers a world she did not realize before — just by talking to them. It is a contemporary fairytale, in which Martin Šulik uses the very same surrealism that we know from Alice in Wonderland. It yet another time, when the director uses eccentric characters and absurd — but at the same time very warm — sense of humour.
