Yuval Hameiri was born in 1987, in Haifa, Israel. He is a cinema director, theatre artist and actor. Hameiri is also a member of the TARBUT movement: a social movement of artists-educators which operates within Israeli society. Graduated from WIZO School of Art In Haifa. Studied in Tel-Aviv University Film & TV department.
