Bulwar (Boulevard) is an atmospheric perspective on everyday life of boulevard on the bank of the Vistula River, in Toruń. We see people resting, young couples in love, and regular strollers; and the main protagonist. She lives in one of the tenement houses located on the Boulevard.

Mateusz Zmarzły is currently studying at the Faculty of Philology of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He collaborates with Bydgoska Kronika Filmowa (Bydgoszcz Newsreel) and Stowarzyszenie Machina Kultury. He was involved in the project named Bydgoszcz from Dawn till Dusk.
