One day, Donnie is woken up by a mysterious figure dressed as a bunny, who tells him to leave the house. Just moments later, a jet engine falls into his room. The mysterious benefactor reveals that he has come from the future and there are only 28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes, and 12 seconds, before the world ends. Donnie decides to change the course of the coming tragic events, but he and the audience are in for a surprise.
