Borbála Nagy was born in 1984 in Budapest, Hungary. She made her first short movies during her studies of Movie Sciences in Budapest. In 2011 she moved to Rostock, Germany and worked as a festival organizer. Since 2012 she studies at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin, as a director.
