Fresh Dressed is a fascinating chronicle of hip-hop, the birth of urban fashion, and the hustle that brought oversized pants and graffiti-drenched jackets from Orchard Street to high fashion's catwalks and Middle America shopping malls. Looking for the roots of hip-hop, director Sacha Jenkins goes a long way back to the plantations in the Deep South, and to the unique tradition of the Catholic Church back there — the Legend of Little Richard.
