It is the Christmas Eve in a little Norwegian town of Skogli, where a few people are trying to find their way home to get there in time for Christmas. Each of them is different in age and personality, but they share one thing in common ― they want to come home with their own accumulated experience. And although home is a rather metaphorical notion here ― it is a sanctuary of love and safety ― all of them see it as the most cherished value.
