Adam Miauczyński, a culture expert by profession, is an alcoholic. However, he stopped drinking a couple of years ago and is undergoing treatment. His son has confided in him that he wanted him dead and thought about killing him, when the father went on yet another bender. In the film, the son presents the inside story behind his life and has flashbacks to the difficult relationship with his father Adam under the same roof... Can the spiral of alcohol addiction be finally broken?
