Metropolis is a vision of a huge city, in which a small circle of the privileged citizens has climbed to the very top of the pyramid of industrial technological achievements. In this city, life has reached the very sky, as its residents have long departed from mundane trivialities and now enjoy the perfectly functioning machinery of the city. However, this futuristic idyll has its price. It requires someone to keep the entire mechanism going and make sure that everything works in the ideal rhythm. Deep underground, among the cold and murky corridors, lies the living power of the colossal Metropolis, and it is soon to come to the surface...
