The film is set at the end of 1970s, in a small, provincial town. Piotrek is a teenager spending the summer with his mother. It turns out to be the most important summer in his life. The experiences of the first love, first friendship, the feeling of dilemma and loss, will have an impact on his later fate... Will he manage on his own in adult life?
